Waste Clearance Prices London
Waste-clearance pricing depends on volume, weight, loading time, access and the type of material being removed.
Current Load Prices & Included Labour
Minimum £120 + VAT with up to 1 hour labour; quarter £180 + VAT with up to 2 hours; half £270 + VAT with up to 2 hours; three-quarter £380 + VAT with up to 3 hours; full £450 + VAT with up to 4 hours.
Saturday and Sunday clearances add £200 + VAT. Clearances starting after 5pm add £200 + VAT. Flats without lifts require two people from half-load upward and loft clearances require two people; an additional labourer is £150 + VAT where required. Two-person time beyond 4 hours is £100 + VAT per hour.
Specialist item charges apply separately for mattresses, sofas, fridges/freezers, tyres, paint and gas bottles.
