London Waste Van provides private rubbish removal and waste clearance across Greater London for homes, flats, landlords, offices, builders, gardens and bulky-item collections. For suitable light and mixed rubbish, current guide prices start at £120 + VAT for a minimum load, then £180 quarter, £270 half, £380 three-quarter and £450 + VAT for a full 13–18 yard cage load. Loading labour is included by load size: up to 1 hour minimum, 2 hours quarter and half, 3 hours three-quarter and 4 hours full. Dense rubble, concrete and other heavy material is assessed separately because vehicle weight matters as much as volume.

What Changes A London Waste Clearance Quote?
The same amount of rubbish can take very different amounts of time to remove. A ground-floor pile beside a legal loading bay is different from a no-lift flat several floors up. Tell us about stairs, lifts, long carries, gated access, concierge rules and parking before the crew is scheduled. Flats without a lift require two people from half-load upward, and loft clearances require two people. Where a second labourer is required, the current charge is £150 + VAT. Two-person time beyond four hours is £100 + VAT per hour for both labourers.
Saturday and Sunday clearances add £200 + VAT. Clearances starting after 5pm add £200 + VAT. If both apply, both charges apply. Specialist items such as sofas, mattresses, fridges/freezers, tyres, paint pots and gas bottles also have separate item charges and can be selected in the estimator.
